These terms apply to your use of www.dvresources.biz (the "website"), operated by Agensi Pekerjaan DV Resources Sdn Bhd (202001014450), a private employment agency licensed under the Private Employment Agencies Act 1981 (Licence A, JTKSM 1273). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About the website
The website gives information about our services for employers and jobseekers, lists current vacancies and lets you contact us. Using it does not create a contract between you and DV Resources. Placement, manpower supply and employment are governed by separate written agreements.
2. Using the website
You agree to:
- use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others;
- give true and accurate information in forms and messages;
- not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its hosting, introduce harmful code, or copy data from the website by automated means;
- not use the website or our contact details to send unsolicited advertising.
3. Vacancies
Vacancies are posted in good faith on the information given to us by employers and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. A listing is an invitation to apply, not an offer of employment. Employment terms are those agreed in writing with the employer. In line with the Private Employment Agencies Act 1981, DV Resources does not charge jobseekers any fee for placement.
4. Enquiries, forms and WhatsApp
Information you send through our forms or WhatsApp is handled under our Privacy notice. Sending an enquiry does not oblige us to provide a service, and a reply does not amount to a contract. We aim to reply within one working day but do not guarantee response times.
5. Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and up to date but do not warrant that it is free from errors or omissions. Our licence details may be verified on the JTKSM register.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its text, design, logos, photographs and code are protected by the Copyright Act 1987 and other laws, as set out in our Copyright notice. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
7. Third-party links and services
The website links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, our social media pages and the JTKSM register. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, DV Resources is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of or reliance on the website, from interruption or unavailability of the website, or from third-party services linked from it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
